About Busy Bee
"Why put off until tomorrow what we can do for you today?"

Renita Mathis has always been the go to responsible person to get the job done.  Since
her college days, school mates, friends, family members and coworkers have always
asked her to write and proofread papers in addition to many other miscellaneous
projects.  It only seemed natural for her to open her own support services business.

Her Communications Degree allows her to help individuals clarify things they are trying
to say.  In most cases, Renita listens to a person's story and writes the perfect letter for
him in his own words.  She is a great narrator.

Renita earned a BS in Communications from East Carolina University.  After graduation,
she accepted a job at WNCT-TV in Greenville, NC.  There she worked on the production
of the morning talk show "Carolina Today."  This is when she discovered her love and
desire to work with people.  Once moving to Virginia, she initially began her 14- year stint
in the Educational Field where she has a wide-range of experience.

She worked at Commonwealth College in Virginia Beach, VA as an admissions
representative.  Encouraging the young and old to continue their education was
especially satisfying.  It was there she decided to return to college and continue her
education.  She attended Troy University in Troy, Alabama and earned a Masters in
Public Administration.

Renita worked at Strayer University in Arlington, VA in various capacities.  Her most
notable was as the Corporate Bursar.  In this position, she was responsible for the
procurement of all inventories of the 8 campus bookstores.  She was also responsible
for the reconciliation of all 8 campus bank accounts as well as the corporate account
which averaged a balance of $10 million.  As Bursar, she also disbursed all federal
financial aid funds received each quarter.  This position was a large responsibility that
required a tremendous amount of patience and organization.

She also worked at the Black Student Fund (BSF) in Washington, DC.  The BSF is a
non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and support services to
Washington metropolitan area African-American students.  Renita wore several hats at
BSF.  She
helped to assemble the "annual appeal" letter for the Fund which was mailed
each year to donors requesting funds for support.  She also made several live
appearances on WYCB-1340 AM with Winston Chaney to promote the Fund.  Renita also
served as Associate Director of Financial Aid.

Renita is currently the Standards of Learning Testing Coordinator for a high school in
Arlington, VA.  Her superiors and coworkers are amazed at the incredible job she does
arranging over 5,000 online tests yearly.  She was recognized in Spring 2007 as the only
Testing Coordinator in the county to administer all testing online.  This was a
tremendous feat that required a person with much persistence and coordination.

Why should you use Renita's service for your needs?  Just ask anyone for whom she
has worked.  They trusted her and you can too.
